hello, oddities and fellow treasure enthusiasts! courtney and kyle are here! we are the co-founders of loluty oddities. we want to share the story of our unique stumblings on this path and our journey, shaping why we set out on this mission and where we are today.
loluty oddities is a dedication to the appreciation of the world’s unconventionally and uniquely beautiful items and a tribute to the creativity in the neurodivergent space. loluty was named after logan – lo, lukas – lu, taylor – ty our three creatively wonderful kids.
our vision: why loluty oddities?
when we started loluty oddities, our initial goal was refurbishing yesterday’s furniture. we were done with unstable, short-term fashion furniture and wanted to give new life to the solid, well-structured wood furniture made in the past. throughout this process, we noticed the increasing amount of unnecessary waste and wanted to step in and do something. most items were no longer the owners’ need, rather than trash. since then, we have auctioned items to return them to the world and give them new lives. we wanted to build a movement that revives the beauty of the past while protecting our future. we aim to find new life for these unique items and focus on eco-conscious practices to create treasure-hunting experiences and engage those passionate about collecting.

as a navy veteran, my military service taught me the importance of strategic foresight and robust leadership—skills that i’ve poured into the foundation of loluty oddities. it’s been a personal mission to steer our company towards sustainable practices to reduce waste. it also allows us to connect more with the community. through partnerships with local non-profits and a commitment to the community, we aim to give back in ways that make a real difference.
kyle’s insight: operational excellence and customer care
my background as a marine taught me the value of precision and discipline. these principles have been vital in managing our day-to-day operations and ensuring that each auction is executed flawlessly. my tech-savvy approach has allowed us to innovate how the work is done and enhance how our customers experience the thrill of finding that perfect piece.
