order processing & shipping

order processing: orders are processed within 2 business days. once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

shipping times: domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days.

please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to external factors beyond our control.

shipping fees: shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. all shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage during transit.

we understand that plans can change, and we allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

exceptions: orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. in such cases, you may be eligible for a return or refund (see below).

cancellation timeframe: you may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at oddities@loluty.com.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, credit card processors take 5-7 to complete the return.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and auction items cannot be refunded.

exchanges

Due to the nature of antiques and vintage items, we cannot guarantee exchanges. However, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at oddities@loluty.com and await further instructions.
